Called "that crazy Puerto-Rican" by director Jim Steele, who discovered him, horse-hung Chad wielded 11 fat inches and was always looking for a place to put it. If you raised your eyes, you'd find a hairy chest and a massive handlebar mustache. It is said that off-screen, Chad was a total bottom and had to be taught how to be the domineering top you see in his films. It's a tossup whether he's hotter in Splash II or In Your Wildest Dreams.
