Straight off base, former Petty Officer 2nd Class Chip is a heavily inked 22 year old Navy stud from West Texas who stands at 5'7" and weighs in at 165 lbs. Chip has been out of the Navy for about 3 months and is now working as a sous-chef at a very upscale restaurant in San Diego.
