About Gianfranco:

Gianfranco is known for his hairy chest and well-proportioned buttocks. Though often misidentified as Latino or Italian, he is actually of Iranian descent. He performs mostly in the top role, but has performed on occasion in the bottom role toward the end of his film career. He began his career in the mid-1990s under the name "Johnny Diamond," but quickly adopted his mysterious, better known moniker which drew on his Matinee Idol looks. As Gianfranco, he was employed by various studios such as Catalina, Forum, Bacchus and Studio 2000. His exotic appearance and accent seemed to augur a promising career as an Adult Film Star. Ultimately, however, his lifespan in the industry proved brief and he reportedly found producers' demands for his services diminishing. Those in the industry has consistently characterized him as a prima donna, which did not enamor him toward his costars and directors. By the late 1997, he had largely pushed out of the video end of business, opting to market his trade as an exotic dancer--he had seriously bulked up his body in the years following his video debut and was named "Best Male Exotic Dancer 1997" in a nationwide talent search--and to appear in print for Colt Studios as Ali.
